In rare instances, a pattern may be put on backorder or discontinued by the manufacturer. For example, a pattern may develop an overwhelming popularity or the manufacturer is out of materials to produce the product. As is common in the wallpaper industry, some factors can affect inventory levels which may unexpectedly cause a backorder situation. It is sometimes necessary for us to order more to fill our orders. However, with such a large selection, we are only able to store a small amount of each pattern. We do store as many patterns as possible in our on-hand inventory. We work hard to provide a relevant variety that offers fresh new patterns on an on-going basis. Please note we are unable to refund on shipping charges on returned items.įor this reason, we do offer sample purchase options.īACK-ORDERS AND DISCONTINUED PATTERNS : We strive to offer a wide selection of wallpaper for you. Any applicable restocking fees the apply are the unwaivable fees that the manufacturer charges us for returned bolts. Returns must be post marked within 1 week of having received a Handcrafted 360 return authorization number (RMA#). We do accept returns of, unopened wallpaper bolts for refund of the purchase price minus the manufacturer's 15-30% restocking fee (depending on the manufacturer). WALLPAPER BOLTS: When you receive your product, please visually inspect the package and wallpaper rolls and notify us within 14 days of receipt of any noticeable signs of defect or damage. WALLPAPER YARDAGE: Wallpaper yardage is cut to order and non-refundable in most cases. Wallpaper samples are non-returnable and non-refundable. While the colors and attributes of a pattern are always similar between dye lots, there will always be slight variances in coloring hue, tone and strength between differing dye lots. Wallpaper samples are intended to provide an example of the colorway of a pattern however, please take note that we cannot guarantee exact match of purchases made at separate times due to potential differences in manufacturer dye lots. Sample will be carefully folded and mailed via USPS First Class Post. We offer samples for any pattern offered within our shop. We highly recommend the purchase of a wallpaper sample for first hand consideration prior to making a larger wallpaper purchase. WALLPAPER SAMPLES: Individual monitors can show colors differently. If you have a concern regarding the accuracy of your order, please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your product.
